Nylon Spandex Power Mesh Cut Verge is a premium stretch fabric crafted from a precise blend of nylon and spandex fibers, offering excellent elasticity, a soft, silky feel, and breathable structure ideal for body-hugging garments.
During production, we pre-cut the edge selvages used for alignment and shaping—making it easier and cleaner for customers to cut and tailor directly from the roll. As a result, the fabric width expands from standard 160 cm to approximately 180–185 cm. Due to the nature of nylon and spandex, minor variations in weight or yield (meterage) may occur after trimming. However, our factory continuously upgrades production precision to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

A1: The edge (verge) is pre-cut to simplify tailoring and improve efficiency during garment production.
Q2: Why does the width increase after cutting?
A2: Once the stabilizing edge is removed, the natural elasticity of the fabric allows the width to relax from 160 cm to approx. 180–185 cm.
Q3: Will trimming the edge affect quality or stretch?
A3: Not at all. The structure and stretch performance remain intact. Only the stabilizing verge is removed.
Q4: Can I request custom gsm or colors?
A4: Yes! We offer customization based on your required color tones, gsm (weight), and stretch levels.
Q5: What is the standard MOQ for this fabric?
A5: MOQ starts from 1500 meters per color, depending on specifications.
